Bruket anlades 1668 och var i drift fram till 1927. \u00c5r 1820 k\u00f6ptes bruket av familjen Benedicks som bl a experimenterade med att sm\u00e4lta st\u00e5l med elektricitet. D\u00e4r bj\u00f6ds det lunch p\u00e5 Cafe Udden.<br \/>\nVidare \u00e5kte vi p\u00e5 v\u00e4garna via Hedesunda, S\u00f6derfors, Tierp och till m\u00e5let, ett fantastiskt nostalgimuseum [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nostalgimuseum.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.nostalgimuseum.se<\/a>] i Domarbo strax utanf\u00f6r Str\u00f6msbergs bruk som ligger strax utanf\u00f6r Tierp.
